Delete account and data

You can delete your account and all your data in two ways: directly from the app, or from here if you no longer have the app installed.

Option 1 — From the app

1 Open Cascarita Súper Star and sign in.

2 Go to Settings (⋮ menu in "My groups") → Account.

3 Tap "Delete my account" and confirm with your password.

Deletion is immediate.

Send us an email requesting account deletion, including the email address you registered with:

We process these requests within up to 30 days.

Both options delete the same data:

Your profile (name, email, preferences).
Your membership in each group you belong to.
If you were the only admin of a group, that group is deleted entirely (players, invites, everything).
If the group has other admins or members, ownership is transferred automatically (oldest admin → if none, oldest member) and the group keeps existing for them.
